LIMITATIONS ON REFUND

Cyber Maintain will not grant refunds in the following cases:

  1. Completed Services: If the service has been fully delivered and accepted by the customer, no refund will be issued.
  2. Administrative expenses: Any clearly defined and justified administrative expenses during the contracting and service provision process will not be reimbursed.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

Refunds for Cyber ​​Maintain Services will be subject to the following conditions:

  2. Project Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of the project for reasons attributable to Cyber ​​Maintain, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  3. Credit: Instead of a direct refund, the customer can choose to receive a credit to their Cyber ​​Maintain account for future hires. This credit will be visible in the "My Finances" section of the client's profile

REFUND PROCESS

The refund process will be managed by Cyber ​​Maintain within 48 business hours of receiving the refund request.

When the client, in case of complying with the aforementioned, requests a refund, the process will be carried out as follows:

  1. Request refund: To start the refund process, the customer must contact Cyber ​​Maintain via email: atencion@cybermaintain.com within the first 10 days after purchasing the service(s).
  2. Application Evaluation Cyber ​​Maintain will evaluate each refund request individually. The reasons for the request and the status of the service provided up to the time of the request will be considered.

 

REFUND METHODS

Cyber ​​Maintain informs you that the refund will be carried out using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of the initial transaction.

  1. If it was with a Credit Card: The refund will be processed through a return to the card used. This process may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in the customer's account, although in exceptional cases it could take up to 30 business days.
  2. Other Payment Methods: In the event that payment methods are updated in the future to other alternative options to credit or debit cards, such as PayPal or businesses with similar services, the refund will be processed to the corresponding account within a period of 10 to 30 business days, as well as in terms of the provisions of the last update of these policies.

In case of problems with the project, it may be canceled. If the project is canceled before the funds are released to the professional, the guarantee amount may be refunded to the client or maintained as a credit in their account.
