Cyber Maintain reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of any changes.

Legal Capacity

Only individuals of legal age with full legal capacity may contract our services. If the User is acting on behalf of a legal entity, they declare that they have sufficient authority to bind it under these terms.

Use of the Site

The Site may be used exclusively to explore and contract services offered by Cyber Maintain. The User agrees not to use it for illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited purposes under these Terms and Conditions.

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they are browsing a secure site by verifying the corresponding HTTPS domain certificate.

Services Offered

Our site mainly provides information and access to our specialized professional services, including:

  1. IT systems maintenance plans;
  2. Preventive and corrective computer equipment maintenance;
  3. Personalized technology consulting.

Services are offered in different plans, which Users may select and add to a shopping cart. All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT), which is itemized at checkout.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Site may require the User to provide personal data. Such data will be processed in accordance with the Cyber Maintain Privacy Notice, available on the Site. The information is used solely for purposes related to the provision of the service and will not be shared without consent, except when required by law.

Purchase Process and Confirmation

Once the User selects a plan, the system will generate a purchase summary with service details, the total cost (with itemized VAT), and payment method. Cyber Maintain will send a confirmation email to the User with this information.

Payment Methods

Cyber Maintain accepts various payment methods, including debit and credit cards, which are clearly shown during the checkout process. Payment processing is protected by data and security protocols to ensure the transaction is successful. Cyber Maintain does not store Users’ banking information.

In case of processing errors, the User will be notified and may be advised to contact their issuing bank directly.

Prohibited Uses

The User agrees not to use the Site to:

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this document will be resolved under Mexican law and, if applicable, through the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) via administrative proceedings.
